Mr. Freeze Ice Cream Trucks will always show up for confirmed events. A confirmed event can be done via the website, social media, email or text. Phone conversations will follow up with confirmations in writing. If you have not received an email or text confirmation from Mr. Freeze, please follow up for a confirmation of availability.
Customer cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to event.
Cancellations can be made up to the day of the event by the owner due to mechanical issues or illness.
Please note and understand that mechanical issues may occur out of our control and may affect Mr. Freeze's attendance to your event. Should something like that come up, we will contact you as soon as possible.
No deposit is required and unless otherwise arranged, payments are due immediately after our service is completed.
Parks and recreation, facilities, event halls, etc. that require permission prior to our arrival will need to be requested by the customer. Mr. Freeze is fully licensed by the DBPR, select Florida counties and fully insured. Any documentation needed can be provided directly to the location.
